The Peninsula New York Hotel

This boutique hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the spacious and well-appointed room had a stunning panoramic view that was breathtaking. the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring I had a comfortable and memorable stay. the Spa & wellness center was a perfect spot to relax.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the restaurant was a bit noisy.

My recent stay at The Peninsula was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who took care of our luggage and made us feel welcomed. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding to the already elegant ambiance. Our room had a amazing view of 5th Avenue, and the amenities were great. The linens and towels were of the highest quality, and the bathroom was spacious with both a tub and shower. The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort and convenience, with one particular staff member, Shuma, being especially helpful in checking us in and out and making sure our stay was perfect. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated near 5th Avenue and Central Park. The Peninsula also had one of the best hotel gyms I have ever been to, a pleasant surprise. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the small lobby and the occasional lack of assistance from bellhops, these were overshadowed by the overall excellent service and experience at The Peninsula. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for understated elegance and really good service. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting NYC.

Well-maintained hotel, it has outstanding service and comfy location right in the center of midtown NYC. Highly courteous staff, early check-in. If you need, they offer free internet. Manhattan district definitely deserves your time and attention.

Great location for shopping and sightseeing, with a comfortable and spacious room. The rooftop bar was a nice touch, and the gym was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make up for any issues that arose. a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at The Peninsula for a few nights, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The property is well maintained, and my room was spacious with a comfortable mattress. The shower head was a delight, and the cosmetics products provided by McKenzie Reilly were of excellent quality, especially the body lotion. The F&B quality, particularly Clement, was top-notch, and the staff, like Okxana at the front desk and Federick at the Conciergerie, were attentive and dedicated. The location was ideal for shopping, and I appreciated the privacy of being able to access the elevators without going through the front desk.

The service at the front desk was a bit inconsistent, but overall the staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel offered a great deal on a suite that comfortably fit our family of five. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the pool and the spa/fitness area.

Very central location, relatively small hotel so very personal contacts, the concierges are very efficient and charming. Free limousine service in the evening to go to the restaurant, great idea!

The location is fantastic, with easy access to walking or subway transportation. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms and a rooftop fitness facility with amazing views. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home.

The location, the room and especially the bed, the availability of the staff are positive elements of this hotel.

The restaurants, the dishes, the breakfast are not up to the standard of the hotel. In addition, the price of the drinks is very high in relation to their quality. Not a single lounge or place to sit and wait for guests. For a hotel of this size there is only a small café, another bar and a rather small restaurant.

Right off of a famous shopping avenue with plenty of shops to explore, we enjoyed our time exploring the area around the hotel. The bathroom was clean and the room spacious enough for us to unwind in. The staff provided quick and friendly service during our stay.

Maybe the service at the restaurant "Clement" was a bit too "fast"... we sometimes had the impression of being "rushed" to the "go fast". But nothing dramatic.

The attention to detail at this hotel was amazing. On my last day, I had a late check-out but was worried about leaving my luggage. The concierge offered to keep my bags for me and even suggested I spend my remaining time at a nearby museum and provided a map.
